Who it’s for
When Steady Care starts
- After a Build: your first 12 months of hosting and 30 days of post-launch support (bug fixes) are included. Content changes after launch aren’t included unless covered by Steady Care, so if you expect regular updates, ask about starting it once your support period ends. After the first year, choose Steady Care, hosting-only at $149/year, or move your website elsewhere.
- After Managed: hosting, maintenance and minor changes are already included during your 12-month term. Afterwards, you can continue with Steady Care, choose hosting-only, or transfer the website.
Steady Care is designed for websites built by Antrim Studios. If your website was built elsewhere, get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

We reply within one business day. If a request is bigger than a minor change, we say so and quote it before doing anything.
It goes live
We make the change, check it on a phone and a computer, and let you know it’s done.

Why small business websites need looking after
A website isn’t finished at launch. Opening hours change with the seasons, prices go up, menus and staff change, and the software underneath needs security updates. When nobody owns those small jobs, a site slowly drifts out of date — and customers notice before you do: an old price, a closed-on-Monday that’s no longer true, a contact form that quietly stopped working.
Steady Care makes those jobs someone’s responsibility. You email the change; we make it, check it on a phone and a computer, and confirm it’s live. Behind the scenes we keep the hosting, security updates, backups and form checks running, so the site you paid for keeps working for you.

Steady Care questions
What counts as a minor change?
Minor changes include replacing text, updating business hours, changing existing images, updating staff information or making similar edits to existing sections. New pages, redesign work, new features and integrations are quoted separately.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Unused maintenance time doesn’t roll over to the next month and has no cash value.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Steady Care is month-to-month. (Managed websites have a 12-month term, with Steady Care as an option afterwards.)
What if I need something bigger than my allowance?
We’ll tell you before doing it. Extra work is billed at $90/hour or quoted as a fixed price, and nothing starts until you approve it.
What does hosting-only include?
Hosting-only ($149/year) keeps your website online. It doesn’t include content changes, redesigns, troubleshooting third-party services or ongoing improvements.
