Website maintenance and care

• After a Build: your first 12 months of hosting and 30 days of post-launch support (bug fixes) are included. If you want ongoing content changes, Steady Care can start after the 30-day support period; otherwise, your included hosting continues through month 12. After the first year, choose Steady Care, hosting-only at $149/year, or move your website elsewhere.
• After Managed: hosting, maintenance and minor changes are already included during your 12-month term. Afterwards, you can continue with Steady Care, choose hosting-only, or transfer the website.

Steady Care is designed for websites built by Antrim Studios. If your website was built elsewhere, send us the website address and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Our IntelGrab website review can help identify what needs attention before you decide on repairs or a rebuild. It is a one-time review; ongoing care is agreed separately.

1. Email what you’d like changed

   New hours, a price update, a menu change, a new photo or a staff update. Send it to hello@antrimstudios.com.

2. We confirm it

   We confirm the request by email. If it is bigger than a minor change, we say so and quote it before doing anything.

3. It goes live

   We make the change, check it on a phone and a computer, and let you know it’s done.

A website isn’t finished at launch. Opening hours change with the seasons, prices go up, menus and staff change, and the software underneath needs security updates. When nobody owns those small jobs, a site slowly drifts out of date — and customers notice before you do: an old price, a closed-on-Monday that’s no longer true, a contact form that quietly stopped working.

Steady Care makes those jobs someone’s responsibility. You email the change; we make it, check it on a phone and a computer, and confirm it’s live. Behind the scenes we keep the hosting, security updates, backups and form checks running, so the site you paid for keeps working for you.

It’s built for local businesses around Halifax and Dartmouth — cafés updating menus, salons changing prices, trades adding services — where the details that matter most change most often.

You supply and check the business information: hours, prices, service details, legal wording and any new photos you have permission to use. Tell us when something changes so we can update the website.

• Within the allowance: Minor changes include replacing text, updating business hours, changing existing images, updating staff information or making similar edits to existing sections.
• Separate work: new pages, redesigns, new features and integrations. We confirm the scope and price before starting.
• Outside fees: third-party subscriptions, transaction fees and domain registration are not included unless stated.
