A standard integration connects an existing service such as Calendly, Jane, Square, Mailchimp, WhatsApp, Telegram or a similar platform. Custom software development is quoted separately.

Own your website with a straightforward one-time purchase. Your first year of hosting and 30 days of post-launch support are included.

After your included first year

1. Keep hosting with Antrim Studios for $149/year.
2. Subscribe to Steady Care for hosting plus monthly changes and upkeep.
3. Transfer the website to another suitable provider.

Hosting-only does not include content changes, redesigns, troubleshooting third-party services or ongoing website improvements.

Launch for $0 upfront and spread the website cost across 12 monthly payments. Hosting, maintenance and minor updates are included throughout the term.

Included minor changes

Minor changes include replacing text, updating business hours, changing existing images, updating staff information or making similar edits to existing sections.

Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesign work, new features and integrations are quoted separately.

If you leave Managed before completing 12 months, you pay only the remaining unpaid website Build balance, not all the remaining maintenance charges.

Buyout = Build price × remaining months ÷ 12

Example: cancelling after five completed months

Once the buyout and any outstanding invoices are paid, the transferable website files are released to you. Third-party licences and non-transferable services are excluded. After all 12 Managed payments, there is no website buyout charge.

Steady Care begins after the included hosting and support period of a Build, or after the initial 12-month Managed term. It’s month-to-month.

Every plan includes hosting, uptime monitoring, backups, security and framework updates, form monitoring and email support. How Steady Care works

A revision is a consolidated round of feedback on the current design or content. A revision does not include:

• Changing the approved business direction
• Replacing the entire design
• Adding new pages
• Adding new functionality
• Rewriting all supplied content
• Changing the project after final approval

Work outside the included revision rounds is billed at $90/hour or quoted separately, and always approved by you first.

• After full payment, the transferable website files are released to you.
• Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and platform licences remain subject to their own licences.
• Managed customers receive ownership after completing the term or paying the early buyout.
• Hosting and maintenance subscriptions do not transfer ownership of Antrim Studios’ internal tools, reusable components or automation infrastructure.
