All prices are in CAD, plus applicable tax. Third-party subscriptions, transaction fees, domain registration and paid advertising are not included unless stated.

Our packages and add-ons are published on the pricing page. Before any work starts you receive a written proposal with the package, the fixed price, what’s included and the expected timeline. Work beyond the agreed scope is billed at $90/hour or quoted separately, and only starts once you’ve approved it.

After the included first year, you can keep hosting with us for $149/year, subscribe to Steady Care, or transfer the website to another suitable provider. Hosting-only does not include content changes, redesigns, troubleshooting third-party services or ongoing website improvements.

Included minor changes: Cove up to 30 minutes a month; Harbour up to 60 minutes a month; Beacon up to 2 hours a month. Minor changes include replacing text, updating business hours, changing existing images, updating staff information or making similar edits to existing sections. Unused time does not roll over.

Leaving early

If you cancel before completing 12 months, you pay only the remaining unpaid Build balance: Build price × remaining months ÷ 12, plus any outstanding invoices. You don’t pay the remaining maintenance charges. After all 12 payments there is no buyout charge. See the worked examples.

Steady Care is month-to-month, with no minimum term: Cove Care $59/month (30 minutes a month of minor changes), Harbour Care $79/month (60 minutes a month of minor changes), Beacon Care $99/month (2 hours a month of minor changes). It includes hosting, uptime monitoring, backups, security and framework updates, form monitoring and email support. Unused maintenance time does not roll over and has no cash value.

Cove includes two revision rounds; Harbour and Beacon include three. A revision is a consolidated round of feedback on the current design or content. It does not include:

• Changing the approved business direction
• Replacing the entire design
• Adding new pages
• Adding new functionality
• Rewriting all supplied content
• Changing the project after final approval

Extra revision rounds are $150 each; other extra work is $90/hour or quoted separately.

You’re responsible for supplying, and for the accuracy of:

• Correct business information
• Service descriptions
• Prices
• Contact information
• Legal or industry-required wording
• Logos and brand materials you already own
• Photographs you have permission to use
• Timely approvals and feedback

Please only send photos, logos and text you own or have permission to use. Stock photography, copywriting and branding help can be quoted separately.

• You always own your domain.
• You always own your original content, photographs and brand assets.
• Antrim Studios owns the website design and source files until the agreed Build price has been paid.
• After full payment, the transferable website files are released to you.
• Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and platform licences remain subject to their own licences.
• Managed customers receive ownership after completing the term or paying the early buyout.
• Hosting and maintenance subscriptions do not transfer ownership of Antrim Studios’ internal tools, reusable components or automation infrastructure.

Domain registration, business email, paid software, booking or payment platforms, transaction fees and paid advertising are billed by their providers and aren’t included unless your proposal says so. They remain subject to those providers’ own terms and licences. We’ll tell you about any third-party cost before you commit to it.

Every package includes local SEO foundations, but no one can guarantee a particular ranking, number of visitors or amount of business, and we don’t.
