What we collect and why
When you use the project form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, business name, optionally a phone number and website address, and a description of what you need. We use it only to reply, discuss the services you asked about, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
The form tells us which page you came from (for example, “pricing”) so we know what you were looking at. The form itself doesn’t set cookies or use advertising trackers.
How the form sends your message
Depending on how the form is set up when you use it, it either sends your message securely to our mailbox through our website’s server, or opens your own email app with the message filled in so you can send it yourself. In the second case, your email provider handles the message you send.
While you type, the form keeps a draft in your browser’s session storage for this tab only, so you don’t lose your answers if you visit another page. It never leaves your device unless you send it, it disappears when you close the tab, and you can clear it with “Clear my draft”.
Who handles it for us
The website is hosted by Vercel, and our mailbox is provided by Hostinger. They process information on our behalf to run those services, and their servers may be located outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law. Serving pages involves standard technical data in hosting logs, such as an IP address, the page requested and browser details. Our form logs record only whether a message was sent, never what it said.
Website checks and reviews
If you request an IntelGrab review, we use your website address, authority confirmation and stated concerns to agree the scope. We keep crawl observations and reviewed reports on studio-controlled devices and send the report through our business email. The request form does not start a crawl. We do not ask for passwords or private customer records; any access or test submission is agreed separately.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up or establish a working relationship. If you become a client, we retain project and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where practical.
Keeping it safe
The site uses HTTPS, and the form doesn’t store your message on the website itself. Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer records through the form or by email.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted when we no longer need it for a service or legal reason. Email privacy@antrimstudios.com and we’ll respond to your request. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. Google sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that identify your browser with a random number, not your name, and it processes the page you viewed, how you arrived, your rough location from your IP address (which Google does not store) and your device type. We don’t use advertising features, remarketing or Google Signals, and nothing you type into the enquiry form is sent to Google Analytics.
To opt out, install Google’s browser add-on, block the googletagmanager.com domain, or clear the cookies above. Google’s own notice is at policies.google.com. We don’t install advertising trackers, a chat widget or marketing cookies; if that changes, we’ll update this notice first.
